More than that, the UltraViewer team quickly took one of my suggestions to heart and added a dedicated link to their website so users can easily report scammers. Thanks to the detailed log files that UltraViewer records, I was able to provide information to their team so they can block the scammers. I contacted UltraViewer support regarding the scammers and received a response in 24 hours. They attempted to trick her into paying them money and tried to gain access to her bank account. Scammers used this software to RDP into my grandmother's PC. I was honestly blown away by both their dedication to stopping scammers and their willingness to listen to feedback.
After contacting UltraViewer support, I have updated my review to reflect my experience.
